Strawberry Tart

Strawberry cake with chocolate

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 strawberries, 180gr of flour, 60 gr icing sugar, 150gr of cream, 2 egg-yolk, 90gr of butter, some ground hazelnuts, 20gr of chocolate ( milk or white chocolate) and a pinch of salt. 

Preparation:
The first thing to do is to strain the ground hazelnuts, the flour and the salt.

After that, add some icing sugar, the eggs-yolk and the butter cut in small portions. Then, mix all together.

Do 4 cake shapes with the crust previously prepared and keep them in the fridge for 30 min. Afterwards, bake them at 180ºC for 15 min. Once they are done, take them off the oven and let them get cold. Heat the cream in a pan and melt the chocolate in it while removing until it makes a soft cream. Let the cream get a slightly cold and thick.

Add the cream to the shape cakes done before and put them in the fridge for 1 hour. After that time, place a strawberry on them as a garnishment.
